Baby Bloomers was born out of a real need for fertility and perinatal support by trusted experts and coaches. Baby Bloomers offers online fertility and perinatal coaching programs to help you achieve your goal to get pregnant, stay pregnant, and have the best birth and most beautiful baby possible. Our programs do this by empowering your choices around tests available to you, healthcare provider options, nutritional support, proper physical activity guidelines to support hormonal health, uterine health, and the pelvic floor; and the ideal action plan customized to fit your needs and get you faster results.

We empower women worldwide to take control of their health while reinventing how they experience fertility and perinatal care. We strive to support fully expressed genetic health, and we aim to elevate global health by supporting future mothers; leading to healthier women, children, and communities.

Meet our Founder

Hello beautiful! I’m Dr. Jessica Dupont, Naturopathic Doctor, Birth Doula, Fertility and Perinatal Coach, mama of two, and creator of the Baby Bloomers programs. I  have been assisting couples all over North America with their fertility challenges, optimizing their health so they can achieve a timely conception, beautiful pregnancy, and healthiest baby possible. Life and clinic experience has allowed me to develop the expertise in issues relating to infertility, pregnancy, pediatrics, and general health & well-being. I love my practise, however it became difficult to meet the demand for my care, and so I embarked on a new journey of online coaching so that I can teach and empower a broader audience all around the world.

My world revolves around women and babies. My work begins with Family Planning (perhaps 6-12 months before women tend to conceive), optimizing their fertility and creating a reproductive environment ideal for successful conception and pregnancy. I go on to educate and assist these women through a healthy & beautiful pregnancy, guide them through their labour and childbirth as their doula, and give them the knowledge and care they need through their baby’s first year of life.

Wow, it has been quite a long journey to get here with Baby Bloomers, but here we are! (…and there is no place I would rather be.)

I became passionate about fertility and pregnancy health after discovering how everything we put in our bodies, and everything in our environment, affect not only our fertility but goes on to affect the health of our children, our great-grandchildren, and our great-great-grandchildren. Studies are showing how toxins within our systems are still found five generations down the line, and can lead to diseases and disorders such as Childhood Leukemia, ADD/ADHD, and Autism.

Having suffered from ovarian cysts and Endometriosis myself and having a sister who had to get her ovary and fallopian tube removed due to debilitating Endometriosis, I developed the Fertility program. I implemented the Baby Bloomers strategies to rebalance my hormones, eliminate cysts and endometriomas for good, eliminate symptoms, and optimize my health for pregnancy. My goal is to share these fertility secrets with women, like you, who may be struggling to get pregnant or want to achieve a timely, and healthy conception and full term pregnancy. Now a mother of two and having assisted hundreds of women through childbirth and the postpartum period, I have expanded my online teachings to empower women through their pregnancy, birth and 4th trimester. If my kids have taught me anything, it is that the health of our children reflect that of their mothers. And so my work begins…

Baby Bloomers is SO MUCH MORE than just a fertility and pregnancy journey…it is about taking back control of your health, and re-writing your future and your great grandchildren’s future.

A little personal note about me? Apart from being passionate about nutrition and health, I enjoy hot yoga, hiking with my family and dog Maple, I love Matcha lattes, enjoy acting and singing, and am a devoted Harry Potter fan. Anyone want to meet up in Florida at Harry Potter World??
